Having an in-house engineering team with vast experience in creating projects in these areas allows our clients to look back at some of our past projects to see which solutions match with their current issues. Engine Access Stand built for A320 Aircraft at Air Canada
Here is our Engine Access Stand in use at Air Canada on an A320; designed to allow for safe access to traditionally problematic areas in the aviation space. The Engine Access Stand was engineered and designed for access at the top of the engine under the cowl, however, can be used in many other areas of the aircraft.
Engine Access Stand built for American Airlines
The Engine Access Stand has been re-designed, shown here at American Airlines. Our Engine Access stand is used to access the top of the engine under the cowl. It provides a safe working solution to a difficult area on the aircraft to reach.
Landing Gear Access Stand built for 747 Aircraft
The Landing Gear Access Stand (DF071592-03) is being fit tested with a large 747 operator. The stand is engineered to integrate within the main and nose wheel wells with or without the wheel assemblies installed. The stand is adjustable laterally on bearing rails for access within the configuration of the gear in the down-and-locked position.
Engine Access Stand built for Delta Airlines
Tested and operational; Delta Airlines takes delivery of a set of Engine Access Stands for routine maintenance. The feedback from this customer was incredible as they spoke about how the stands contained additional safety features such as tie-off points, anti-fatigue ladder steps, as well as a light-weight design with minimal footprint.
Full Wraparound Platform for C130 Trainer Aircraft
The C-130 Access Platform was engineered, designed, supplied, and installed by the LFP team to a Canadian state of the art training facility.
Landing Gear Access Stand built for B777 Aircraft at Air Canada
Our B777 Landing Gear Access Stand provides access to grease points at the top of the B777 main landing gear. With fall resistant anchorage on the upper ladder, this functionality provides a safe working alternative to a difficult area to reach. Air Canada contacted Liftsafe directly to request support with improving their safety initiatives.
Aircraft Wheel and Brake Service Cart Deployed at an American Airport
The Aviation Wheel and Brake Service Cart was designed to provide safe and quick movement of aircraft wheels and tooling required to perform removal and replacement of unserviceable wheel and tire assemblies. The low-profile design ensures easy and safe loading and unloading.
Aviation Maintenance Stands for Engine and Landing Gear Access
Not unlike many of our other requests, this client contacted us to inquire as to how we could help. After initial consultation it was determined that a site audit would be preferred where we were able to assess their needs and recommend a set of systems designed to both immediately address their safety concerns while meeting the request for mobility with the proposed solutions.
