SOLUTION
We delivered a Flushmount RackGuard Netting system designed to prevent pallets from falling through racking while improving forklift operator awareness and protecting workers.
At this warehouse facility in London, Ontario, product loss had become a recurring issue due to pallets being pushed too far onto shelving units by forklift operators. This resulted in pallets falling from the opposite side of the racking, causing significant product damage and creating serious safety risks for employees.
To address these concerns, the facility installed Pallet Rack Safety Netting using a Flushmount RackGuard system. This solution clearly defined the end of each racking bay, allowing forklift drivers to better judge pallet placement while preventing pallets from falling through the racking system.
