Nose Dock Platforms (Fixed-Wing)
Our custom nose docks allow maintenance personnel to work safely and efficiently around the nose of the aircraft while protecting it from damage. These access platforms can be equipped with pneumatic or power hook-ups, tool trays, and removable railings for ease of use. Functionality is enhanced through a lighter design, smaller footprint, and optimized geometry.
These stands are currently in service with multiple operators, MROs, and aircraft manufacturers. Each unit is constructed with premium materials in our CWB-certified facility, exceeding all federal and provincial regulatory requirements, including OHSA and ANSI standards.

CHALLENGER 600 NOSE DOCK
KC-135 NOSE DOCK
Designed, tested, and in use on KC-135 fixed-wing aircraft worldwide. The aluminum frame construction provides reduced weight and corrosion resistance, while the decking features ¼” non-slip fiber plate for secure footing. Built with multiple entry points, removable handrails for customization, and support jacks on each platform section for enhanced stability.
Equipped with high-end swivel casters engineered for optimal load performance and multiple tow points integrated into the design. Fully compliant with OHSA and ANSI standards.

Needing to boost productivity while also keeping the workspace safe, a major Canadian airline teamed up with Liftsafe to craft a solution for safely performing windshield changes on large aircraft.
Engine Access Stand built for B777 Aircraft at Air Canada
