Landing Gear Access Stand (DF071592-04)
The Landing Gear Access Stand is engineered to support maintenance on wide-body aircraft landing gear and nose gear, including the B757, and also provides access to the A320 family main gear. When used alongside model DF071554-06, the system also enables engine access. In addition, this unit facilitates access to aft fuselage sections, avionics bays, access panels, and forward hatches.
The stand provides safe and stable access to all landing gear maintenance locations. A fully adjustable base frame accommodates most wheel assembly configurations for both main and nose gear. Features include hydraulic height adjustment, single-hand lateral positioning, and full swivel-and-lock casters for easy, single-technician placement and maneuverability.
The design incorporates anti-slip, anti-fatigue steps, a fall-restraint anchorage point on the upper ladder, and a corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish for long-term durability. Integrated fork pockets in the base frame allow for quick relocation by lift truck.
This stand is designed for Boeing wide-body platforms and the B757, and has also proven effective on B737 aft fuselage access. Beyond its primary design scope, the stand has been successfully used across a range of maintenance tasks, including Airbus landing gear access and aft fuselage entry for Embraer 175 & 190 aircraft.
The Landing Gear Access Stand is engineered, tested, and certified in accordance with ANSI-ASC A14.7 and BS EN 131.7, and includes CE Certification.
