SOLUTION
We delivered a four-step Roof Step Ladder System designed to provide safe, reliable access over a parapet wall. This passive fall protection solution allows personnel to enter and exit the rooftop safely without the need for roof penetration, additional training, or PPE.
The system was installed for an education client that required a compliant and dependable way to access the rooftop over an existing parapet wall. Traditional access methods posed fall risks and did not provide consistent protection during entry and exit.
Our team installed a four-step Roof Step system utilizing our counter-weighted baseplate design. The baseplate system ensures optimum weight is distributed at engineered, approved points, creating a secure and freestanding solution without cutting or penetrating the roof membrane. The result is a stable, passive access system that enhances rooftop safety.
