SOLUTION
We delivered a custom guardrail system designed to protect workers and keep luggage moving safely along the airport’s conveyor network. This solution provides physical separation around hazardous areas while maintaining efficient conveyor operation.
Our team designed and installed a custom guardrail system for an airport baggage conveyor application where maintenance access and operational continuity were critical. The system was engineered for fast, straightforward installation to minimize disruption.
Guardrail piping was pre-cut and prepared in advance, allowing for a quick bolt-on installation. The guardrail system was U-bolted directly to the conveyor using existing mounting holes, eliminating the need for modifications to the conveyor structure and reducing downtime.
