SOLUTION
We delivered a custom lockable fixed access ladder combined with a LadderGuard rooftop guardrail system for a single-storey office building in the communications industry. This solution provides secure access, fall protection, and compliance for personnel working on the rooftop.
We worked closely with the client to fabricate and install a fixed access ladder equipped with a lockable security gate to prevent unauthorized access. At the top of the ladder, a LadderGuard guardrail system was installed to provide a six-foot egress area, protecting workers as they transitioned from the ladder to the rooftop.
All fixed access ladders are custom-engineered to meet the exact application requirements of the facility while maintaining compliance with all federal, provincial, ANSI, and OSHA regulations. The combination of LadderGuard and the secure ladder gate ensures both safety and controlled access for rooftop personnel.
