Terms and conditions
- Eligibility: This program is open to all Konstant employees.
- Program Period: The program runs annually. Specific start and end dates will be communicated separately.
- Qualifying Orders: To qualify for the program, employees must achieve a minimum annual order value of $50,000. Orders must be shipped to qualify.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be determined by the employee with the highest qualifying order value at the end of the program year. In the event of a tie, Liftsafe Fall Protection reserves the right to determine the winner through a fair and impartial process.
- Prize: The winner will receive a $2500 Visa Gift Card. No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed.
- Tax Liability: All applicable taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Supervised Installation: The availability of supervised installation is subject to geographic location, product type, and scheduling. Liftsafe Fall Protection reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time.
- Limitation of Liability: Liftsafe Fall Protection is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this program or the use of the prize.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this program shall be governed by the laws of Ontario.
