Liftsafe’s Engineering Group has designed a versatile and economical fall protection system to eliminate the potential hazards for roof top falls.

 

SIMPLICITY

The Roof GUARD system can be quickly and easily installed on most rooftops. Its modular design allows for quick installation with no welding, drilling or bolting to the structure.

  

NO LEAKS

Because the Roof GUARD system is counter-weighted, it involves no cutting into the existing roof. The railing has no direct or permanent attachement to your roof. No holes means there are no re-sealing worries.
 

VERSATILITY

Roof GUARD can be easily reconfigured during installation to handle almost any scenario. Our professional Engineers can visit your facility to ensure proper design of the system around hazardous areas. In most cases the system can also be moved to cover different areas if work is periodic

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Corrosion resistant aluminum tubing
  • 1.5” Schedule 40 handrail tube
  • Aluminum or Galvanized fittings to resist corrosion
  • Minimal tools required for assembly
  • Custom colors available to match existing structure
  • Typical Spans of 6 to 8 feet can be custom fit around obstructions.
  • Fittings can accommodate sloped roof sections up to 5% grade
  • Extra heights available for moderately elevated work near an edge.
  • Clamps are available to add-on to existing railing where it is not high enough, or needs to be cut for access.
  • Self weighted bases are portable and allow simple, non-penetrating installation to the rooftop.
  • Fixed base sockets are also available for bolt-on applications
